The nose is subdued and subtle with notes of chamomile and wood shavings with notes of stemmy hay and a little coastal tang. The palate is full of caramel and buttery vanilla with a slightly saline herbal note with fennel and mint. The finish is of medium-length with notes of caramel and toffee, a hint of vanilla and a soft oak.
