Wemyss naming their whiskies after food is a great idea, as the way to our hearts is obviously through our stomachs (and noses... and mouths). This single cask Dalmore, distilled in 1997, is called Gooseberry Marmalade and it's certainly making our tummies rumble! The hogshead it was matured in had an outturn of 372 bottles.
