An 11 year old Dailuaine from Douglas Laing's Provenance range. This was distilled in Spring 2000 and aged in a sherry butt before bottling in Winter 2012. Lovely stuff.
Spicy and intense nose with notes of apple blossom, malt and honey, hints of butterscotch and caramel.
Smooth malt, creaminess, honey, bread and butter pudding, apple tarts and pepper.
Peach nectar and spice.
