Nose: Well-balanced, refined. Sherried peels. Barley, hints of smoke, peat. Fruitcake. Spices.

Palate: Vanilla, dark brown sugar, rum spice. Sherry.

Finish: Long, fruitcake, buttery, fudge, oak.
