Distiller's edition Cragganmore from the Diageo stable.
Superb - light and smooth with a well-balanced flavour. I'll be coming back for more.
Nose: Grassy and floral notes, with a touch of orange, citrus. There is also a depth in the background, where I believe dried fruits resides. Taste: Sweet malt and nectar. A nice balance between fresh and dried fruits. A tiny bit of smoke reveals itself in the finish. Although better than the regular Cragganmore 12, it still falls a bit short. There is just something missing.
