Nose: Rich, spicy nose. Notes of vanilla, hints of lemon curd, ginger biscuits and a little suggestion of minerality.

Palate: Spiced with notes of custard, cold coffee and caramel. A creamy palate, with more than a hint of vanilla and orchard fruit.

Finish: Spices, barley and oak.
