    Clynelish 14 Year Old 1997(Cask 4704) - Boisdale Collection

    Boisdale is a chain of fantastic whisky and cigar bars across London, notably Belgravia and Canary Wharf, and they have bottled this Clynelish with Berry Brothers and Rudd of St James'. Only 298 bottles of this whisky have been made.

    Nose

    There is a big coastal element on the nose with beach bonfire smoke and a great minerality.

    Palate

    The palate is creamy with notes of peat smoke, sea salt and caramel.

    Finish

    The finish is smoky with notes of herbs and spice.
