A single cask whisky, bottled by Signatory. This was distilled at Clynelish on the 21st December 1995 and matured in sherry butt 12792 for 13 years before bottling on the 15th September 2009. A release of 547 bottles of cask strength highland whisky.
Grassy with beeswax, nut oil, hints of smoke, salt, pine resin and orange.
Oaked and rich with damp woodland notes, resin, marmalade, smoke, honey and toffee, cloves and nutmeg.
Spicy and peppery with hints of orange liqueur and peat smoke.
