This was distilled at the Caperdonich distillery on the 3rd of April 1992. It was aged in cask 46239 for 19 years before bottling by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection on the 14th September 2011. A release of 261 numbered bottles.
Hints of spicy fruit, bananas, molasses, nutmeg and toffee. Some fruit notes and a little pepper.
Fruity, with notes of melon, apple, guava and a little espresso bean. Some brown sugar sweetness.
Good length with notes of apple, pepper and nutmeg.
