This is a 20 year old Caol Ila bottled for the Cooper's Choice series of Scotch whisky.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Peat and brine with drift wood and vanilla floating beneath leading to a caramel-led palate that retains that smokiness. The finish is long and warming with notes of nutmeg and wood smoke.
