Nose: Apples on the nose, with cinder toffee, peat, samphire, smoke and sea salt.
Palate: Rich and very smoky with huge notes of pepper and spice. Peppermint too, and brine, oily lapsang souchong, apple and marzipan.
Finish: Long, bittersweet, with notes of almond oil, cocoa and peat smoke.
