Cambus 20 Bottling Note

This single cask, single grain whisky was distilled at Cambus on the 24th July 1991 before 20 years inside refill butt 55885. It was bottled by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection on the 24th October 2011. A release of 558 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cut hay, toffee and spices. Hints of smoke, agave, pear juice, cider, honey and a little pepper.

Palate: Fruity, with calvados, cider, toffee apples, honey and aniseed.

Finish: A simple, sweet finish. Good length.
