Bunnahabhain 25 Old Bottling Note

This 25 year old offering from the Bunnahabhain distillery is a sherried dram, part of a limited release of just 400 bottles, as such it is a rather rare, lightly peated release from Islay.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Surprisingly fresh. Gentle Madeira, fruity acidity, floral. Caramel, coppery, smoky, dry balsa wood, creamy chocolate, sherry, aniseed.

Palate: Thick, honeyed, sweetness, grapey. Citrus zest appears from time to time with malt. Latte, toffee.

Finish: Greengage jam, coffee, rum-like texture, peat smoke.
