Bunnahabhain 24 1987 Bottling Note

This Bunnahabhain was distilled in June 1987 and it was aged for 24 years in cask 1598 before bottling by Duncan Taylor for their Rare Auld range in November 2011. A release of 399 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Floral, with notes of winegums, walnut, cinnamon and apple peel. A touch of nectarine in syrup too.

Palate: Berry fruits, rose petal jelly, rhubarb, apple peel and hints of old Calvados.

Finish: Medium to long finish with ginger and liquorice.
