What's in a name? Bunnahabhain 16 Year Old Manzanilla Sherry Wood Finish whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Bunnahabhain 16 Year Old Manzanilla Sherry Wood Finish whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Fruity, sherried. Cedar, cigar boxes, leathery, hints of spicy smoke, coastal, rich.
Palate: Good body, balanced. Cocoa, lifts of spice, sherry, walnut, aniseed, fruit, mint.
Finish: Hints of spices, cocoa, leather, sultana, coastal, salty.
