What's in a name? Bruichladdich 1970 (32 Year Old) whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Bruichladdich 1970 (32 Year Old) whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Rich and full. Boiled sweets, toffee, rubbed petals. Bramley apple, bruised pear. Peppermint, marmalade, lemon zest, Limoncello.
Palate: Great body, malted barley, oily and nutty. Thick honey, fruit.
Finish: Fruity and long, great balance.

I bought one at the distillery in 2001 as it was the year of my birth. Will write in my will to be opened and drank at my funeral
I have an unopened bottle of this fine malt. I am sure that the price as more than trippled since its discontinuation. I wonder how much is such a rare find worth? Email me at email@example.com
