Nose: Refined, dry grass, leafy. Truffle oil, almonds and hazelnuts. Winter spice, delicate smoke.Palate: Very fruity, full, apple peels, pear, oily, nutty. Lemon grass, fennel, seaweed.Finish: Long, quite smoky, dry hay, coastal edge emerges.
