Nose: Smoky and coastal nose, with hints of sticking plasters, soft peat and stem ginger. A touch of raisin, date and eucalyptus.
Palate: Floral, in fact, with orange blossom and parma violets, notes of tomatoes on the vine, oily smoke, coffee beans and salted butter.
Finish: Big, smoky finish with oysters on the tail.
