Nose: Loads of those classic Bowmore floral notes. In a similar vein to our own bottling of Bowmore, we pick up parma violets in this one, and all kinds of interesting herbal/floral flavours. A little salt spray note, with tart lemon and berry fruits, and a hint of musty oak.
Palate: Rich and spicy with notes of jalapeno and musty orange peel. Some bitter oak, some oily smoke, and pine resin.
Finish: Toffee sweetness with gentle, cool wood smoke, truffle oil and peppermint.
