Bowmore 25 #32206 Bottling Note

A cask strength, 25 year old Bowmore distilled on the 22nd November 1985 and aged in hogshead number 32206 before bottling by Signatory on the 3rd November 2011. A release of 271 numbered bottles at natural cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Smoky and tar-rich, fruit, muscular peat smoke, wine gums, parma violets and fresh herbs.

Palate: Peaty and big, sea air and old ropes, copper, lavender, burnt rosemary and malt.

Finish: Decent length, with hints of soapiness and honey.
