Nose: Sea air and peat, musky peat Palate: Smooth peat, citrussy, mouth salivating, salt adds nicely to the taste, taste changes by the sip, sweet, slight meaty quality, smoke Finish: Caramel sweet with smoke throughout, a meaty/salty spice like a grill in the distance Impression: Everything good about a beach barbeque is in this dram down to the smells of the cooked meat, perfect example of a bayside Islay -Scotch & Honey
