Nose: Hints of crystallised ginger and a little baked pear. Cooked apples, caramel and malt.

Palate: Sherry, orange marmalade. Gingernut biscuits, creamy malt and candied lemon peel.

Finish: Herbal, spiced finish. Corinth raisins.
