This is a 13 year old Benrinnes from Signatory. It was distilled on the 18th October 1999 before a maturation in three bourbon barrels. It was then bottled in late 2012.
Creamy, sweet cereal notes. Maple syrup, candy floss and toasted almonds. Quite honeyed.
Floral, rich palate. Notes of spice, orange marmalade and herbs. Butterscotch, malt and pepper.
Spiced finish. Hints of bergamot and rose petals.
