A single cask release from the Benriach distillery, exclusive to the UK. Distilled in 1994, this single malt Scotch whisky was finished in an virgin American oak cask before being bottled in October 2013 with an outrun of just 344 bottles.
A lovely, toasted oak whiff appears first, followed by a sweet gooseberry and fresh mint.
Rich oak that develops sweet, nutty notes. Soft hints of fruit salad.
Very long. Vanilla pops in to keep it sweet.
Exclusive to the UK, you say? You mean we don't have to share it? Brilliant!
