A 29 year old vintage from the Benriach distillery, distilled in 1972 and matured in Cask No. 7211, an ex sherry hogshead, before being bottled in September of 2005 at cask strength.
Dark. Mochaccino, exotic fruit perhaps? Floral, hint of smoke.
Full. Chocolate, chewy oak and espresso beans. Nutty, creamy and malty.
Oaked, peppery warmth.
