Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Very rich and sherried, with notes of treacle and dates. Hints of sticky toffee pudding and walnut loaf, raspberry jam and a dusting of cocoa.

Palate: Spiced and warming. Notes of clove-studded oranges, peach juice, toasted oak and honey.

Finish: Peppermint, strawberries, bread and butter pudding.
