Nose: Oak, freshly baked bread developing into buttered toast with a good helping of honey, a little grilled orange as well. Palate: Beautiful bittersweet-balance with the oak. Nutty toffee notes with a fruity profusion, amaretto biscuit, hazelnut and a sweet citrus. Finish: Malty barley develops and warms with a tad more citrus on the tail. ...more
