Aultmore 36 Bottling Note

A single cask release of just 168 bottles from the Old Malt Cask range. This was distilled at Aultmore in April 1974 and aged for 36 years in a refill hogshead before bottling in July 2010.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fresh and spicy with a nice lime and orange peel development. Caramel, toffee apple, nutmeg.

Palate: Full bodied and very spicy with oily toffee, fruit and richness.

Finish: Long finish with notes of mint, aniseed and caramel with hints of vanilla.
