Nose: A herbal, green nose with notes of fresh oak, parsley and apple peel. Some almond and honey brings sweetness, with a little ground nutmeg.
Palate: Floral, fruity sweetness, wine gums and malt, a hint of menthol, hay and pepper.
Finish: Good length, notes of kirsch, a hint of almond oil and cinnamon.
