Auchentoshan 13 Casks Bottling Note

This was distilled at Auchentoshan on the 17th December 1997, and it was aged for 13 years in bourbon barrels 101814, 101815 and 101818 before bottling by Signatory on the 28th February 2011. A release of 983 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cereal sweetness, citrus peel, pepper and fresh flowers. Hints of applewood, malt and a little nutmeg, as well as toffee.

Palate: Sweet and syrupy with notes of ginger, spice and blossom. Lemon sherbet, toffee, beeswax and barley.

Finish: Pannacotta and sweet lattes.
