Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Light, perfumed. Crisp fruits, apple, pear. Delicate whirls of smoke, honey, sugared peels, hay.
Palate: Fresh, gentle. Malty, toffee apple, wood. Some peat.
Finish: Touch of peat, smoke, clean cereals.
