Nose: Toffee, rich. Creamy sweet, tangy peat and citrus, tarry, smoky bacon. Palate: Spicy, powerful, cut fruits, citrus. Phenolic, burning rubber, bitumen. Finish: Long, spicy, punchy heat, plenty of smoke, little brine and fruit.
