Whisky or Whiskey
What's in a name? Aberlour a'Bunadh Batch 33 whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Aberlour a'Bunadh Batch 33 whiskey, rather than whisky.
a'Bunadh Batch 33 Bottling Note
The astonishing new batch of a'Bunadh. Batch 33 boasts a heady Oloroso sherry and spice flavour, and brand new packaging. This was specially selected by Douglas Cruickshank, Aberlour's Distillery Director. At natural cask strength, this is stunning.
Best cask strength I'v ever had
Very Sherried Whisky
Usually cask strengths are eye-openers (quite literally). This one is dangerous because it's so easy to drink. It's absolutely delicious so watch yourself.

This is a very spicy whisky. The sherry jumps out at you, almost like an alcoholic peppermint. The finish lasts a good while on this one. A splash of water really brings out the subtlety to it.
