Nose: Rich with notes of cherry liqueur chocolate, apricot, apple peel and aniseed. Very rich, sublimely intense sherry cask notes! There are also hints of calves leather, cedar and general spiciness.
Palate: Rich, intense and fresh with notes of crisp apples, tangy oak, prune juice, cocoa powder and cordite. Coppery, spicy and reminiscent of salty brandy butter.
Finish: Sweet and long with notes of brandy butter and pannacotta, as well as an extraordinary espresso/chocolate note.
