Westerhall 12 Degrees Bottling Note

Made in St David's in Grenada, Westerhall Estate 12 Degrees Clear is a light rum with just a hint of sweetness. It was distilled twice in copper pot-stills before a two year maturation in plain oak casks. It was then charcoal-filtered and diluted to bottling strength with Grenadian spring water.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Hints of soft spice and a little floral character.

Palate: Tropical fruit, allspice. A little hint of Demerara sugar sweetness.

Finish: Caramel. Spicy.
