Trinidad Millesimes Bottling Note

This "multi millesime" from the Plantation range is a single barrel blend of three vintages: 1999, 2001 and 2003. These are aged in the cellars of Cognac Ferrand and the result is a light, sweet rum with a lovely flavour.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Light fruit, with a predominance of dried apricot and foam banana sweets. Hints of almond and Demerara.

Palate: Spicy, oaky palate entry with notes of sugar cane juice and agave nectar. Dried fruits, a little cinnamon.

Finish: Baking spices and honey on the finish.
