Plantation Trindad 1999 Bottling Note

This is a delicious column-distilled rum from Trinidad, distilled in 1999 and aged in bourbon casks before a finish in cognac casks from Cognac Ferrand!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Crystallised fruits, almond and hints of apricot. A lovely vanilla note.

Palate: Dried coconut, marzipan, spicy oak. Big fruit notes.

Finish: Spiced finish with notes of tinned peaches.
