Plantation Overproof Bottling Note

A staggering overproof rum sourced from Trinidad and created by the Cognac Ferrand estate. This stuff is bottled at 35%abv and is aged in young bourbon casks before bottling.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cane sugar and hints of dried banana. Oak and nutmeg, a little toffee.

Palate: Guava and melon. Cedar, dark brown sugar and hints of dried mango. Very punchy though surprisingly quaffable.

Finish: Fiery warmth on the finish, in the form of golden syrup and wood spice.
