Plantation Jamaica 2000 Bottling Note

This Jamaican rum was distilled from molasses in pot stills before maturation in bourbon barrels. It was then taken to France for a finish in Cognac casks from Cognac Ferrand.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet notes of pipe tobacco and hints of allspice. A little orange rind and golden syrup. Pleasingly musty.

Palate: Cinnamon pastries, a little nutmeg and gingerbread. Oaky and spiced.

Finish: Hot spices and caramel.
