This is a 2003 vintage from the Plantation range, distilled in column stills in Grenada and aged in bourbon casks. It was then taken to France where it was aged in Cognac Ferrand casks...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Oaky, oily nose with hints of sweet cinnamon and dried banana.

Palate: Sultanas and dried apricots. Hints of foam banana sweets and rye spices. A little orange peel.

Finish: Tropical finish with desiccated coconut notes.
