Pink Pigeon Bottling Note

A fabulous rum from Mauritius, flavoured with vanilla and spices including nutmeg. It was named for the Pink Pigeon, a bird that is native to the island and recently climbed from critically endangered to just endangered. (You know times are bad when being "endangered" is a step up)
