Mount Gilboa
This is triple distilled in pot stills at the same distillery in Barbados that makes Mount Gay. A wonderfully refined, characterful rum.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Very fruity; tart citrus, apples, pineapple. Butterscotch, oak.
Palate
Very spicy now, with peppery molasses, cinnamon and then dark chocolate, coffee and cedar.
Finish
Long, sublime finish with mocha and toffee. Spicy.
