ABA Pisco
A famous Pisco from the Elqui Valley, ABA Pisco is made by the Aguirre family, double distilled in copper pot stills. Works great in a Pisco Sour… This was awarded a Gold at VinItaly in 2002. It also received a Double Gold at the 2004 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Nose
Lemongrass and grape must, hints of gentian and fresh flowers.
Palate
Spiced palate with notes of rubbed petals, vanilla cream and cedar.
Finish
Tangy finish with tannic grape skin notes.
