Maguey Pechuga Bottling Note

An unusual and delicious sipping Mezcal from Del Maguey. This spirit is named "Pechuga", which means chicken breast - a reference to the third distillation, in which a basket of fruit and a chicken breast is suspended in the still. (Because, why not?)

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Aromatic and herbal with notes of apple peel, smoke, orange peels, parsley and soft smoke.

Palate: Rustic and full, herbal. Hints of lavender, agave nectar.

Finish: Good length, smouldering wood ashes on the tail.
