Maguey Chichicapa Bottling Note

A superbly good single village Mezcal from Del Maguey. This is from the village of Chichipa and rather bizarrely it is infused with chicken... You read that correctly, chicken infused Mezcal. This Mezcal offers up superb fresh, agave-rich palate with a hint of calve's leather and tobacco.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A floral, fragrant nose with hints of plantains, guava, passion fruit, a little cigar smoke and toasted, salted almonds.

Palate: Fresh and green, a little smoked almond, peanut and calves leather, cedar and potpourri.

Finish: Peppery and spiced.
