Nose: Fresh cut apricots and apricot yoghurt.

Palate: Sweet with deeper notes of dried apricots and other stone fruit.

Finish: Fairly long and rounded with recurring notes of apricot and ginger.

Overall: A clean apricot liqueur for cocktail use.
