Quince Liqueur Bottling Note

Cydonia Oblonga Quince is used to make this liquer rather than the Chaenomeles Quince which is more commonly used for making the jelly paired with cheese. The reason why the Cydonia is used is because the Chaenomeles makes a liqueur which is overly acidic. This is a multi-award winning liqueur from Bramley & Gage.
