Some grappas literally make you feel like you're the Mediterranean Fire Breather of old Umbria. Not this one - it absolutely sings in the mouth, simultaneously sweet, complex and feisty, yet also smooth, aromatic and a pure delight to sip and savour. A hard drink not to have 3 or 4 of. Fully recommended.
This reminds me of my last holiday in Sorrento Italy, and having a grappa after dinner,this is a fiery spirit on the throat and a great costing after dinner digestive.
