A surprisingly smooth London ‘Cut’ Dry Gin created from the Irish Whey Spirit Knockeen Hills distil for their Poteen. This version uses Elderflower as one of the botanicals.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Predominant juniper almost hides the subtle elderflower in a spirituous nose.

Palate: Dry with a slight salinity.

Finish: Soft and fairly long.

Overall: An interesting gin that would be a perfect cocktail base.
