“Had some at a gin tasting recently and this and St George terroir really stood out. This isn't a juniper forward gin that packs a punch in terms of flavour. There's a citrusy apple-y seeetness about it on the finish. ”

Hunters Gin

Hunters Gin is a wonderful premium gin developed in Cheshire. It's made in traditional copper pot and rectifying stills (some of which being more than a century old!) and is flavoured with botanicals including juniper from the Balkans, French angelica, Spanish lemon peel and Florentine orris root.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Citrusy, spicy nose with hints of orange and lemon peel. A touch of cinnamon.

Palate

Sweet, spicy palate entry with a lovely balance of exotic spices. Earthy juniper, a touch of aniseed.

Finish

Long finish with spice, orris and hints of dried herbs.
